Recruiting Coordinator
Watermelon Swim is dedicated to growing a community of safer swimmers and reducing risks associated with water activities. They are seeking a proactive Recruiting Coordinator to manage hiring coordination and enhance the candidate experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all recruiting activities across the organization
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate hiring plans
Post job openings, source candidates, and manage applicant flow through the ATS
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, including scheduling and communication
Ensure a smooth, consistent, and positive candidate experience from application through offer
Build and maintain relationships with community career advisors and talent partners to support current and future hiring needs
Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate hiring records, and support reporting needs
Assist with offer preparation, pre-employment steps, and onboarding coordination
Continuously look for ways to improve recruiting processes and candidate engagement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
1–3 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, or HR support
Experience working independently as the primary or sole recruiting resource is a plus
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing methods
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including candidate-facing messaging
Comfortable taking ownership, problem-solving, and working with minimal supervision
Creative, resourceful, and willing to think outside the box
