Lead the team in designing, coding, and unit testing project requirements
Establish strong customer communication to gather project understanding and successfully execute the development phase
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Proficient in Modern RPG with a strong understanding of DB2 concepts
Experience in project execution methodologies and ability to work collaboratively as a team player
Ability to technically lead a team of 3–4 resources, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Expertise in Modern RPG and SYNON application development
Preferred
Experience in Agile development
Onshore/offshore coordination experience
PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) experience
