Provides a full range of complex analytical financial and administrative duties
Serves as the Commission Clerk for all Commission and Committees meetings
Ensures that all meeting logistics are completed according to the Bagley-Keen Act
Qualification
Required
Valid California Drivers License (CDL)
Experience organizing public meetings or other events
Experience providing accounting, budgeting, and general administrative support
Experience using Microsoft Excel and remediating documents
Completed Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) that describes relevant experience
Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678
Copy of degree/transcripts and/or license if applicable
