Responsibilities

Building relationships to generate new business opportunities that fuel the sales pipeline, via phone, email, and in-person outreach, as well as tradeshows
Leveraging your deep understanding of our ICPS, platforms, and networks in order to be a problem solver and think creatively for our customers
Working with your Account Specialist to manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal and shepherding them through implementation and onboarding
Presenting our platforms to prospective clients, proving the effectiveness of our software solutions and our ability to provide value to their businesses
Maintaining relationships with the clients you reach and supporting the customer success team when needed and identify opportunities to upsell existing customers
Collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and processes and a willingness to coach other sales teams on winning strategies
Achieving monthly sales targets and iterating on your process to continue to grow and shape the sales discipline

Required

Proven sales experience, preferably in the metals or software industry
Consistent track record of hitting sales targets and growing accounts in a business-to-business sales environment
Proficient in CRM software like NetSuite and Microsoft Office suite, HubSpot and other marketing tools are a bonus
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are a must for us
Ability to deliver engaging presentations and drive home the connection to value
Proven leadership and organizational skills as you work cross functionally to build out your sales plans and processes
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field, preferred
