Responsibilities
Manage daily operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
Lead and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, GMP, and other regulatory standards
Oversee budgets, cost control, and preventive maintenance programs
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to resolve challenges and deliver exceptional customer service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
7+ years in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution leadership
Proven success in operational excellence, team development, and KPI management
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, WMS, and Microsoft Office
Expertise in Lean tools, structured problem-solving, and compliance-driven environments
