Responsibilities

Perform professional‑level activities within the Provider Data job family

Maintain accurate and timely provider and network data across claims and provider databases, ensuring synchronization and adherence to business requirements across multiple business regions

Participate in system testing and analysis to support new functionality, system processes, and business rule changes

Use analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and develop automation tools that reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency

Design and implement algorithms and processes to support data analysis initiatives within the Network Operations department

Manage and maintain provider and network information, ensuring data integrity and interoperability

Conduct data analysis to generate actionable insights using tools such as Excel, R, and Python

Own projects from initial concept through system implementation and ongoing maintenance

Provide guidance, coaching, and direction to junior team members within Provider Validation, as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analysis or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Experience with data analysis and programming skills, including expertise in MS Office applications, SQL, R, and/or Python

Strong quantitative skills with the ability to perform complex data analysis and advanced problem‑solving

Demonstrated success in solving challenging problems and delivering strong results

Highly analytical and organized; able to lead projects with minimal supervision and consistently meet deadlines

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with matrix partners including Supply Chain, Compliance, Legal, and IT

Ability to prepare and present concepts and proposals to all levels of management
