Responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation and on-site deployment of professional services deliverables to our customers
Maintain project repository by posting project documents and keeping all items up to date
Ability to coordinate cross-organizational resources based on project requirements
Manage multiple projects concurrently
Handle day-to-day activities and communication between customer and Alvaria personnel
Individuals will have a solid understanding of current technologies
Must be able to work independently and/or as part of a wider project team and assume ultimate responsibility for customer satisfaction during the implementation process by thoroughly delivering installed and tested products
Develop, maintain, and manage Project plans, project budgets, and P&L using a variety of standard tools including Microsoft Office suite, Project Accounting and Salesforce
Overall accountability for achievement of project financial objectives – revenues, profitability (gross margin), and compliance
Develop and submit project revenue and expense forecasts as required
Coordinate and ensure timely project progress/milestone billings
Work closely with PS management, providing regular updates on project status, issues and opportunities where appropriate
Proactively identify and resolve project issues and facilitate the resolution process
Maintain and enhance customer relationships through professional demeanor and communications
Follow established project processes and methodology
Undertake other tasks that may be necessary to create an outstanding environment for the growth of a value-driven company

Required

Minimum 7 + years of experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to travel and work after hours as required
Ability to pass a background check may also be required
Skilled in the use of standard project management tools, such as Microsoft Project
Functional use of MS Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn and utilize resource tools specific to Alvaria
Demonstrated competency in decision making and problem solving; resource management; conflict management; leadership; and planning, prioritizing and goal setting
Ability to communicate complex information to customers, internal resources, vendors, and partners at all organizational levels
Strong customer service and teamwork skills. Professional demeanor to maintain and enhance relationships
Ability to use professional concepts in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways. Deliver assignments without considerable direction
Ability to develop resolutions to complex problems where analyses of situations or data require an in-depth evaluation of various factors and the frequent use of creativity
Ability to exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
Apply specialized knowledge of Alvaria products; along with strong project management skills to define project scope, plans, schedules, and documentation

Preferred

Familiarity with contact center technology, telephony, networking and cloud computing strongly desired
