Responsibilities

Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and engagement metrics to identify trends and predict churn
Develop dashboards and reports in QlikSense to visualize KPIs for Customer Success teams
Perform ad-hoc data analysis to answer strategic questions and support decision-making
Build and maintain scalable SQL queries and data pipelines for customer success metrics
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Product, and Engineering to design data-driven strategies
Create predictive models for churn, upsell, and customer health scoring
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, actionable formats

Required

8+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
Strong proficiency in SQL for complex queries and data manipulation
Hands-on experience with QlikSense
Expertise in statistical analysis, experimentation
Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis and communicate findings effectively
Strong business understanding of Customer Success metrics (e.g., churn, NPS, retention)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Familiarity with AWS cloud data platforms
Knowledge of Python for advanced analytics and automation
Understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle analytics
