Senior Systems Analyst
TurningPoint is a fast-growing system integration and information technology services company. They are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a federal enterprise system implementation by analyzing workflows, defining processes, and facilitating integration activities.

Responsibilities
Analyze current-state business workflows and data flows and define future-state process models
Develop and document Current / As-Is and Future / To-Be process and data flow diagrams
Define systems integration and interface requirements between enterprise platforms
Support configuration management activities, including functional setup and access controls
Collaborate with development and integration teams to design and implement system interfaces
Support data integration, migration planning, and validation activities
Assist with system testing, validation, and end-to-end process verification prior to production readiness
Qualification
Required
At least five (5) years of experience as a Systems Analyst supporting enterprise or federal clients
Demonstrated experience with data integration and systems integration
Workflow analysis and future-state process definition
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical and functional specifications
Experience working directly with client, development, and integration teams
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required to start
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
Experience supporting IT service management platforms (e.g., service desk or workflow tools)
Familiarity with federal systems security authorization requirements
Prior experience working on federal systems implementation projects
