Responsibilities
Recruit and develop top-producing life advisors across the Southeast (approx. 30% of the role)
Act as a trusted advisor to producers, helping them grow through consultative sales support
Bring and expand premium production through existing relationships and new partnerships
Provide expert, hands-on support in advanced case design and multi-carrier illustrations
Partner with advisors on complex planning strategies and customized client solutions
Support the full sales lifecycle from initial design to application and placement
Leverage shared services teams for smooth onboarding, servicing, and tracking
Maintain strong carrier relationships and manage premium activity
Contribute to platform-wide strategy, infrastructure, and long-term growth planning
Qualification
Required
Proven success in independent life insurance brokerage and multi-carrier distribution
Expert-level knowledge of life insurance products, annuities, underwriting, and advisor needs
Demonstrated ability to bring in and grow in-force premium
Entrepreneurial spirit with a team-first, high-integrity leadership style
Strong desire to help build something meaningful and scalable
