Responsibilities
Define fault correlation across domains and perform service impact assessments
Develop event-driven automation and closed-loop scenarios, including auto-ticketing and auto-healing
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enable predictive fault analytics and anomaly detection
Contribute to the development of AI-based FM assistants for various analytical processes
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Experience in designing and developing modules for event collection, normalization, and correlation across multi-vendor network domains
Proficiency in building rules, probes, gateways, and policies within FM platforms such as IBM Netcool/NOI
Strong skills in developing custom adapters and APIs for system integrations
Capability to implement logic for alarm enrichment, delay, threshold management, and root cause analysis
Preferred
Experience with configuring and refining FM database and message bus efficiency
Familiarity with integrating FM systems with various management and ticketing systems
Knowledge of implementing automation using NOI Runbooks, Ansible, and AI/ML engines
