Mid LevelLockheed Martin is seeking a Configuration and Data Management Engineer to join their Automated Weight and Balance System Team. This role focuses on maintaining configuration integrity and ensuring consistency across software, systems, and documentation baselines throughout the software development cycle.

Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain configuration plans and procedures in compliance with organizational standards
Establish and maintain configuration baselines, track change requests, and oversee release management
Administer and optimize configuration management tools including Git
Establish and manage engineering data and documentation repositories for traceability, accuracy, and compliance
Coordinate and facilitate change control boards (CCBs) and ensure timely resolution of engineering changes
Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement to streamline configuration and documentation workflows
Qualification
Required
Develop, implement, and maintain configuration plans and procedures in compliance with organizational standards

Preferred
Experience engineering software in C# or Swift
Experience with software test processes
Familiarity with AS9100
Experience with software quality engineering or process improvement
