Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts and partnership agreements
Manage active and potential litigation cases and coordinate with external counsel
Advise executive leadership on legal strategy, risk management, and renewable energy compliance
Support the development of container-based Ai and renewable energy projects and related ventures
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice
15–20 years of litigation and contract experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy or infrastructure law
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with pragmatic business judgment
Technologically proficient and AI-savvy, with an understanding of emerging AI-related legal and operational considerations
