Responsibilities

Lead assembly, integration, and test (AIT) activities to deliver systems ready for action
Develop, refine, and maintain test plans, procedures, and documentation with precision and clarity
Coordinate day-to-day test operations across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external partners
Drive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis during integration cycles
Earn certification and operate as a Certified Test Conductor/Test Engineer (training provided)
Uphold Lockheed Martin’s gold standard for safety, quality, and continuous improvement

Required

Interim Secret Clearance required before start
Experience or willingness to learn AIT operations
Experience or willingness to write and execute test procedures in ATLO or production environments
Confidence in presenting to executives and high-level customers
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to produce technical documents, test plans, procedures, and reports

Preferred

Prior certification as Certified Test Conductor or Principal Engineer
Experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) programs
Familiarity with missile systems testing in production/operations
Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications
Background in manufacturing or test engineering
Experience on multi-functional, multi-disciplinary teams
Proficiency with LM Space Systems tools (SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, PMP Database, Automation Framework) or equivalents
Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers, power supplies)
Strong communication skills to build trusted relationships with customers, leadership, and teammates
