Responsibilities

Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional teams committed to achieving program objectives and delivering results
Own the planning, direction, and monitoring of program activities, ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets are met across the design, development, and integration phases
Establish performance standards and track progress toward key milestones and deliverables
Conduct timely and accurate milestone reviews and generate routine reports to identify risks, issues, and opportunities—developing and executing action plans as needed
Oversee functional team execution during development and integration to ensure alignment with program goals
Proactively resolve problem areas by driving accountability and closing action items with detailed mitigation plans
Lead or support escalations, providing clear communication of status and issues across technical, non-technical, and executive audiences
Ensure changes in scope, schedule, or budget are properly assessed and communicated, with associated risks identified and managed
Keep stakeholders, project teams, and leadership informed through structured updates, status reports, and thorough documentation
