Responsibilities

Configure and customize ServiceNow SPM applications, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations
Develop and maintain custom scripts (JavaScript, Glide API) and ServiceNow components
Peer Review and regression testing
Implement and optimize modules such as Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Time Card, EAP and CWM
Support portfolio planning, project execution, and resource allocation processes
Build integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
Partner with ServiceNow administrators and architects to ensure best practices
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Experience being a member of a Scrum Agile team
Solid understanding of Agile principles
Troubleshoot issues, perform upgrades, and ensure platform stability
Provide technical documentation and user training as needed

Required

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITBM/SPM modules
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub
5+ year's experience on ServiceNow platform
Agile
ServiceNow CIS - SPM
Understanding of project portfolio management, demand management, resource planning and timecard management processes
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Ability to work in an Agile environment

Preferred

Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
ServiceNow CIS-SPM certification
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks
Knowledge of financial planning and budgeting within ServiceNow
Custom app development
Upgrade experience
