Responsibilities

Supports planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating personnel responsible for task orders and integrated product teams
Assists in the development of management plans and the preparation of cost and performance reports
Assists in coordinating project activities, including work package drafting, work breakdown structure management, and related program functions
Manages logistics for travel, meetings, briefings, and other activities essential to program execution

Required

Associate's degree in a technical or business discipline and a minimum of three (3) years supporting large-scale programs exceeding $1 million annually. Candidates who do not possess an associate degree will be considered on a case by case basis and may be required to have additional years of experience
At least 1 year of experience supporting the intelligence community or signals intelligence
Proven ability to coordinate program-related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to support program operations
Clearance Required: Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph
