Responsibilities
Gain certification for entry into GMP cleanroom operations
Execute aseptic filling processes using batch records and SOPs
Verify equipment calibration and perform sanitization of supplies
Progress through manufacturing functions including component prep, filling, capping, and packaging
Work with minimal supervision and provide floor leadership when required
Train new team members and coordinate tasks to meet production schedules
Transport or dispose of hazardous chemicals safely
Follow strict health and safety protocols (no infectious diseases or open lesions allowed)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
3–5 years of aseptic filling experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing facility
Strong knowledge of GMP compliance regulations
Hands-on experience in aseptic filling processes, equipment cleaning/preparation, stopper prep, capping, and packaging
Ability to read and follow detailed procedures and perform calculations accurately
Fluent English communication (verbal & written)
Physically capable of standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive hand/arm tasks
Preferred
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel) a plus
