Country Sales Manager

Responsibilities

Ensure Team Canada meets or exceeds annual sales and gross profit targets through focused execution and new business development
Recruit, lead, and develop the local sales and support organization with a focus on performance, accountability, and continuous development
Execute a channel partner–led account strategy, driving customer growth through established partners aligned to country and regional priorities
Build and grow strategic customer relationships through product discussions, presentations, and advanced technical support across life sciences, chemistry, and related scientific markets
Own sales funnel accountability, ensuring accurate opportunity management in MSCRM and effective use of commercial DBS tools to track sales performance, key actions, and results; lead country go-to-market execution through strong cross-functional collaboration, OEM relationship management, and CRM discipline

Required

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred
5+ years of sales or business development experience within Biopharma, life sciences, or related scientific markets, with strong knowledge of drug development workflows and hands-on HPLC/method development
Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in industry and regulatory trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies and applications
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence, coach, and develop others
Fluency in English, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 50%
