LHH is seeking an IT Operations Manager to aid a client of ours in the Computer Hardware Manufacturing space. The IT Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing IT service delivery, procurement, and asset lifecycle management, ensuring system reliability and cost-effective purchasing.

Responsibilities

Lead IT service desk operations and ensure timely incident resolution
Define and enforce SLAs, procedures, and performance metrics
Manage system upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance
Develop and manage the IT asset management lifecycle from acquisition to retirement
Align purchases with budgets and compliance requirements
Forecast procurement needs and manage IT asset lifecycle
Maintain accurate inventory of hardware, software, and licenses
Ensure license compliance and support audits
Collaborate with InfoSec and data privacy teams on compliance

Required

8+ years in IT operations, procurement, and asset management
3+ years in a leadership role managing IT teams
Strong experience with ServiceNow and lifecycle management

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
