Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Collaborate with customer and cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, tracking progress against milestones and deliverables

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing Agile practices and encouraging team collaboration

Assist in the development and implementation of project management methodologies and best practices

Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and updates to stakeholders and management

Support the onboarding and training of new team members, promoting Agile principles and practices

Required

Must have Active DoD Security Clearance of Secret or higher

Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline. Equivalent work experience may be considered

Scrum Master Certification (CSM or equivalent)

Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or other equivalent)

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a related role

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills

Experience working with DoD customers in a federal contracting environment

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project)
