Responsibilities

Define and execute online merchandising strategies—including traffic drivers, search optimization, and content placement—to maximize performance for both the company and our retail partners

Collaborate with customer management teams to align digital strategies with broader brand objectives and joint-working projects

Lead specific project steps within larger initiatives, building internal knowledge of company processes and customer behavior

Resolve complex digital merchandising issues by applying existing solutions and developing new perspectives on channel performance

Monitor and report on digital performance metrics to ensure the online portfolio is meeting sales goals and ROI targets

Required

Moderate to extensive experience in Digital Merchandising, E-commerce, or Category Management

Strong understanding of the digital sales funnel, including search, promotions, and online shopper behavior

Proven ability to take full ownership of business objectives and deliver results with a moderate level of guidance

Ability to provide feedback to marketing teams and influence category/channel development

Proficiency in digital shelf tools and analytics platforms to drive data-based decision-making
