Responsibilities

Compile and analyze financial and/or operational drivers to develop complex models within assigned areas

Conduct workload forecasting, resource staffing, daily volume analysis, historical performance trending, and large-scale data analysis

Analyze data combining multiple data sources into one report and researching data sources

Create and maintain statistical models for ongoing and ad hoc review and analysis of data

Provide analyses and interpretation of complex workload models, volume analyses and predict impact of various process improvement initiatives
