Responsibilities

The newly created Director of Marketing will own upstream and downstream marketing for a portfolio of innovative devices in the vascular space

You will serve as the marketing expert on patient and customer needs and driving adoption

You’ll manage a small team of marketers already in place with plans to add more positions in the next year

You and your team will focus on new product development including gathering VOC, defining needs, building business cases, forecasting and financial modeling

You’ll also own downstream marketing, including sales enablement strategies, competitive intelligence and sales training

The company and team are excelling and rapidly growing, so the startup work style is nimble and fast-paced

To thrive in this role, you need to be someone with a track record of defining and building processes and marketing strategy

This is a true startup environment, so you will build process and create systems

You’re someone who is a self-starter, solutions-oriented and has strong communication and team player skills

Executive presentation skills, customer-facing skills and the ability to work effectively in a high-energy environment will be critical to success in this role

As a key member of the marketing team, you will serve as the leader on cross-functional team made up of colleagues from engineering, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs, among others
