Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – Automation Team (Virtual Assistant Focus)
ChabezTech LLC is a data engineering and AI products company headquartered in Pennsylvania. They are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support automation and virtual assistant initiatives by focusing on process simplification, re-engineering, and quality assurance, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Responsibilities
Analyze, document, and redesign end-to-end business workflows
Simplify processes to maximize automation potential and business value
Lead discovery and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders
Translate business needs and automation opportunities into clear, actionable requirements
Support QA teams to ensure automated workflows meet business requirements
Validate outcomes against expected business value
Apply experience across automation platforms (e.g., PEGA, RPA, BPM tools) to evaluate and recommend process improvements
Remain tool-agnostic while shaping automation strategies
Act as the bridge between business users and technology teams
Ensure re-engineered workflows are clearly documented and executable
Operate effectively in environments with evolving requirements and limited upfront detail
Provide structure and guidance as automation use cases emerge
Qualification
Required
Several years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst focused on automation, process mapping, or re-engineering
Proven experience simplifying and automating business processes
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to translate complex workflows into clear requirements
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Experience collaborating with business and technology teams
Preferred
Experience supporting virtual agents or virtual assistants (nice to have)
Exposure to automation and BPM platforms such as PEGA
Experience delivering process improvement initiatives tied to measurable outcomes
Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) is a plus
