Responsibilities
Plan and Execute GTM Initiatives: Develop and implement joint go-to-market campaigns, events, and content with Mailchimp agency and service partners
Amplify Partner Messaging: Promote joint initiatives internally and externally, including social media cross-promotion
Create High-Impact Content: Develop partner case studies, webinars, and customer success stories to showcase value
Align with Internal Teams: Integrate partner strategies into company marketing plans, GTM plays, and sales enablement
Manage MDF Budgets: Help partners utilize Market Development Funds effectively and report on campaign ROI
Support Partner Launches: Build scalable playbooks and best practices for onboarding and launching new partners
Represent: Advocate for partner initiatives at events and within internal teams
Drive Strategic Growth: Execute GTM plans focused on acquiring new customers and selling partner solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in successfully driving GTM programs and/or partner marketing for channel partners
Experience in SaaS, martech, or SMB business software ecosystems
Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM, partner management, outreach, and other AI driven sales and marketing tools
Highly organized with excellent follow-through
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
