Responsibilities
Define overall structure, data models, integrations, security, and user experience for Salesforce solutions
Engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories and functional specifications
Provide guidance on declarative (Flows, Fields) vs. programmatic (Apex, LWC) solutions, ensuring platform best practices
Act as a trusted advisor, presenting solutions, managing expectations, and resolving escalated issues
Lead build phases, support data migration, integration, testing, and deployment, often guiding developers and administrators
Stay updated on new Salesforce features (3x yearly releases) and propose innovative solutions for improvement
Qualification
Required
Over 10 years' Experience in Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions
Bridging business needs with technical realities by translating requirements into functional designs
Overseeing configuration/code
Integrating systems (APIs)
Managing data models
Ensuring best practices for successful implementation
Acting as a key technical advisor to clients and development teams across clouds like Sales, Service, and Experience
