Space Dynamics Laboratory (SDL) is seeking Junior to Mid-level Electrical Engineers to work with our military and civil space divisions on space-based sensors. Candidates will work on electronics boards and subsystems for satellites, focusing on circuit board design and testing.

Proficient at circuit board design, test, and debugging
See design progress from concept to design, test, and launch

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree, master's degree, or PhD in electrical or computer engineering
0-10 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 0-8 years of experience with a master's degree or PhD
Experience with circuit design
Experience bringing up electronics in a laboratory environment
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain US Government Security Clearance
Must be able to travel occasionally

Preferred

Top Secret Clearance
Experience in high reliability design for space and/or military systems
Understanding of radiation considerations in electronic design
Experience as a technical lead
Experience with power converters
Experience with high-speed communications interfaces
Experience automating testing of electronics
FPGA programming experience
Embedded systems experience
