New Grad, Entry LevelQuantic TRM is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design of custom RF microwave components and subsystems. The role involves designing mechanical packages, generating tooling, and performing CAD analysis to meet customer specifications.

Responsibilities
Design and update the mechanical package for new and existing products (Solidworks)
Generate in house use tooling and fixtures
Investigate problems with mechanical attributes of designs to meet specifications and suggest and implement solutions
Performing CAD analysis for the design through FEA simulations. (Solidworks)
Generate drawings derived from SolidWorks for outside vendors and in house assembly
Static and dynamic analysis of stack tolerances
Experience with printed circuit board design and fabrication a plus
Participate in continuous improvement activities
Participate in high priority engineering recovery efforts during project status meetings to help the team achieve the best design solutions for customer requirements
Qualification
Required

Computer Aided Design Tools, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD
