VP, Chief Information Officer
Clyde Companies, Inc. is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology strategy and initiatives. The CIO will direct the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems to improve cost effectiveness and service quality while serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Responsibilities
Set and execute a cohesive technology strategy that is aligned with the overall business strategy. Play an active leadership role on the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to company-wide direction while ensuring technology initiatives are aligned with enterprise priorities and deliver measurable impact
Develop and lead a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect critical systems, data, and operations—ensuring compliance, resilience, and risk mitigation across a complex manufacturing and supply chain environment. Regularly report cybersecurity status, risks, and mitigation plans to the executive team and Board
Create a data and analytics roadmap, allowing for a more comprehensive data experience. Enhance current data platform, allowing for real-time data and analytics capabilities. In addition, setting a master data management and data governance policy and procedures
Leverage advanced technologies (e.g. AI/ML) and automation to drive operational excellence and a competitive advantage. This includes streamlining processes, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting scalable growth. Strong focus on prioritizing solutions that enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, and differentiate our operations
Ensure that adequate process and change management controls exist within the development and implementation life cycle. Drive adoption processes and ensure employees are equipped, engaged, and aligned with new technology introductions
Partner with the Senior Leadership Team, and Board to develop strategies and technology that support the company's growth agenda. Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable goals by building and executing a Technology Roadmap that drives business outcomes and enables long-term growth
Lead the execution of a forward-looking and scalable technology architecture, providing clarity and discipline in delivering against a multi-year roadmap with milestones that support business transformation
Build and lead a high-performing Technology team, ensuring the right talent, structure, and development practices are in place to achieve ambitious outcomes with urgency and accountability
Approve, prioritize, and control projects and the project portfolio thereby ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on target and on budget
Develop and maintain an appropriate technology organizational structure, which includes a balance of external and internal resources that support the needs of the business
Optimize costs of technology services through mix of internal resources, professional services, and staff augmentation
Develop and manage Technology's annual operating and capital budgets
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive leadership experience leading IT organizations
Demonstrated experience developing and executing a cohesive technology strategy that is aligned with the overall business strategy
Strong business acumen, demonstrating a deep understanding of how technology serves as a strategic enabler of organizational performance and competitive advantage
An inspiring leader with the ability to attract, retain and develop the Technology team to support the needs of the business
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through to day-to-day management
Able to address business and management tasks that go beyond Technology and Infrastructure support
An independent thinker yet a collaborative team player with the ability to inspire trust and the respect of peers and the Senior Leadership Team
Able to manage a broad Technology agenda to help the business benefit from leading-edge technology while at the same time balancing the reality of changing business priorities and economic conditions

Masters degree in information systems, computer science, engineering or related fields
