5+ years expLHH is seeking a Business Development & Program Manager to join their FMH Business team, focusing on leading end-to-end development programs within the aerospace sector. The role involves driving strategic growth through business development and managing program budgets, schedules, and customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Lead aerospace proposal and program efforts from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
Drive business development goals including order intake, price optimization, new business capture, and customer satisfaction
Manage program budgets, schedules, scope changes, and customer relationships
Collaborate with regional sales managers to secure new and existing business opportunities; travel 10–25% for customer visits
Prepare proposals, review contracts, generate business cases, and executive summaries
Develop Program Management Plans (PMP) detailing assumptions, budgets, milestones, risks, and scope changes
Act as point of contact for key accounts, providing updates and superior customer service
Support digital marketing initiatives including web updates, content creation, social media, and email campaigns
Utilize Salesforce for proposal/lead management and Oracle MRP for operations
Understand aerospace and defence market trends and thermal management needs
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in program management or business development
Engineering or technical degree required; business degree preferred (MBA a plus)
Strong understanding of government contracts and AS606 accounting
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
Preferred
Business degree preferred (MBA a plus)
PMP certification preferred
Familiarity with PMA/SAR aftermarket and digital marketing is a plus
