Responsibilities
Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, specializing in Engineering and Technical hiring to support the client's evolving technology landscape
Partner directly with hiring managers to provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, market trends, and candidate qualifying
Act as a coach for leadership teams, helping them navigate new internal processes and a major change initiative within the HR organization
Manage a high-touch candidate experience, from initial qualifying and interviewing to salary negotiations and offer delivery
Leverage data and Gap Analysis to align with leaders on 'Time to Fill' and 'Time to Alignment' KPIs
Utilize advanced recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, iCIMS, and SeekOut to identify and register top-tier professional talent
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a mandatory background in In-House/Corporate Recruiting
Proven track record in Engineering and Technical recruiting, managing complex requests and high-level professional roles
Ability to move beyond sourcing to advise the business on compensation, people development, and EEO strategies
Strong experience with iCIMS (ATS) and advanced sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and SeekOut
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
