Responsibilities

Support procurement activities including purchase orders, pricing updates, and vendor communication

Assist with inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning

Maintain and analyze operational data related to inventory levels, lead times, costs, and service levels

Prepare operational reports and dashboards using Excel and internal systems

Coordinate logistics and fulfillment activities with third-party partners and vendors

Help document, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Support new product launches and brand initiatives with operational setup and analysis
