Responsibilities
Perform service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective solutions
Work on heating systems, HVAC equipment, and related mechanical components
Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications
Complete service reports accurately and honestly
Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, repairs, and recommendations
Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of hands-on experience as a Service Technician
Strong experience in HVAC / heating systems
Electrical knowledge is mandatory
Solid understanding of mechanical systems (U.S. standards)
Ability to work independently in the field
High level of integrity and honesty in work history and documentation
Willingness to provide verified professional references
Preferred
Residential service experience (rare and highly valued)
Experience working in fast-paced service environments
