Familiarity with Financial Crimes Risk Management (BSA, AML, Sanctions Screening)
Strong change management and consulting skills
Agile methodology experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive presence
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and drive consensus
Independent and proactive
Strong program management skills
Handle significant workstreams and relationship management with minimal onboarding
Excellent soft skills: communication, attention to detail, and executive-level interaction
Potential workstreams include risk assessments related to financial crimes
Preferred
Financial crimes experience is a very large plus
