Responsibilities
Work with the Estimating and Business Development teams to secure new projects
Oversee the preconstruction and construction phases and ensure the team executes the construction, turnover, and post-turnover service stages across a portfolio of projects
Support business development activities by maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients, the design community, engineers, and other organizations to enhance future business opportunities
Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team, ensuring growth opportunities to achieve both individual and company goals and objectives
The Construction Project Executive will have direct responsibility for a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Assistants
Qualification
Required
Experience in multiple facets of construction
Ability to lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of large and/or multiple projects from preconstruction through construction and closeout
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing a diverse team
Ability to work with Estimating and Business Development teams to secure new projects
Experience overseeing the preconstruction and construction phases
Ability to maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, the design community, engineers, and other organizations
Direct responsibility for a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Assistants
