Business Analyst (Hybrid)
Northwest Administrators, Inc. is an industry leader in third-party administration of employee benefits. They are seeking a Business Analyst to act as a liaison between business operations and development, enhancing internal systems and managing projects from request to implementation.

Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, compliance and IT, to elicit, analyze and document business needs
Translate business, operational and regulatory needs into clear functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Server as a liaison between business users and development teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment
Analyze current-state processes and systems; document future-state workflows and recommend improvements
Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows and data mappings
Ensure requirements and solutions align with data governance, security and compliance standards
Qualification
Required
Three years demonstrated experience in business analysis required
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proven analytical & quantitative skills to complete root cause analysis
Ability to work independently and at own direction
Advanced skills in MS Office suite & Azure DevOps
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Background in employee benefits or accounting is helpful, but not required
