Responsibilities

Own Customer Solutions end to end: pilots, integrations, onboarding, support, and account management
Lead customer pilots and launches, getting customers live and successful quickly
Act as the senior escalation point for complex customer issues
Drive retention and expansion by proving value and growing product usage
Translate customer feedback into clear product improvements and roadmap input
Scale the function through better tooling, automation, and process design

Required

6–10 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Customer Success, Product, or similar roles
Strong technical background and comfort working closely with engineering teams
Experience owning integrations, implementations, and post-sales execution
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence product direction
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building functions from scratch
