Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sap abap developers in the implementation and enhancement of sap solutions on hana platform
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Design, develop, and customize sap programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements using abap on hana
Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality deliverables
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards in sap development
Coordinate with cross functional teams to integrate sap systems with other applications and technologies
Stay updated with the latest sap abap on hana advancements and recommend innovative solutions to improve system performance
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in sap abap programming language on hana platform
Strong experience in developing and maintaining sap solutions, including custom programs, reports, and interfaces
Knowledge of sap hana database and optimization techniques for efficient data processing
Ability to lead and manage technical teams, foster collaboration, and drive successful project deliveries
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, team members, and management
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues in sap systems
Certification in sap abap on hana is a plus
