This role involves integration, testing, repair, and maintenance engineering for precision munitions and other defense systems, while also mentoring junior engineers and improving engineering practices.

Responsibilities
Conduct technical and engineering activities related to precision munitions and other defence systems
Develop and review technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, repair procedures, and engineering change requests
Conduct technical analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex engineering challenges in electronics, mechanical and hydraulic systems
Collaborate closely with operations, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to optimize maintenance schedules and inventory management
Manage projects to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance with industry standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and cost-saving measures
Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth
Qualification
Required
Able to interpret schematics, technical manuals, and drawings for assembly and maintenance works
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use analytical skills and a 'hands-on' person
Good interpersonal skills, proactive and work well with others
Preferred
Diploma in Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering preferred
Preferably with valid Class 3 driving license
