Responsibilities
Own the financial performance of a high-growth business through strategic budgeting, forecasting, and deep financial analysis
Deliver real-time, actionable insights by translating complex data into clear recommendations that drive impactful decisions across the organization
Transform and scale finance operations by leveraging modern systems, automation, and data-driven solutions to maximize efficiency and rigor
Partner closely with senior leaders across operations, business development, and customer-facing teams to shape strategy and deliver results
Build and lead a high-performing team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive finance leadership driving strategic insights and operational excellence within e-commerce businesses
Expert in FP&A and complex financial systems, with a proven ability to harness large-scale data through SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake
Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives, streamlining, and scaling processes in fast-moving environments
Skilled communicator and influencer, partnering with executives to shape strategy and guide critical business decisions
Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution to deliver measurable impact
