Support of field service operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to surveys, data collection and reporting
Ability to follow test scripts and successfully perform basic troubleshooting for login and print operations
Ability to deploy and verify basic computer functionality

Support of field service operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to surveys, data collection and reporting

Ability to deploy and verify basic computer functionality
IT End User Device Technical Field Services knowledge
Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel focused)
Ability to learn quickly and provide feedback to team leaders
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with team members and be self-directed in a dynamic clinical environment
Preferred
Experience with Epic TDR Readiness Activities (preferred but not required)
Previous Clinical Technical and workflow knowledge (preferred but not required)
