Responsibilities

Conduct proactive outside sales activities by visiting potential customers’ homes within assigned territories to promote our direct-to-home services
Develop and manage territory accounts through strategic planning, lead generation, and follow-up to maximize sales opportunities
Deliver engaging product demos that highlight the benefits of our entertainment packages, ensuring customers understand features and value propositions
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement
Negotiate service packages and pricing with customers to close sales effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local campaigns, promotions, and outreach strategies that boost brand awareness
Manage ongoing account relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and providing exceptional customer service to foster loyalty and retention
Conduct territory management by analyzing market trends, identifying new prospects, and optimizing routes for efficient coverage
Engage in inside sales activities such as cold calling and follow-up communications to nurture leads generated from various channels

Required

Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or direct sales roles with a focus on technology or telecommunications products
Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and business development initiatives independently
Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-centric approach to ensure successful upselling and account management
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and analysis
Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos effectively and communicate technical information clearly
Exceptional analysis skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans
Strong communication skills with the confidence to cold call prospects and build rapport quickly
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in retail sales or inside sales environments is advantageous but not mandatory
