Responsibilities
Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals
Implement and support Salesforce integrations with other internal and external systems
Assist in the design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Develop and maintain Visualforce, Apex, and Lightning components
Develop APIs and integrations that connect various systems and applications
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to integration and API development
Manage the Salesforce development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, define, and implement changes and enhancements to meet business requirements in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, and user guides
Stay updated with the latest developments and features in the MuleSoft & Salesforce platform and integration technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience
3+ years' experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
Proficient in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and SOQL
Experience with integration tools and APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP)
Preferred
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products
Basic understanding of Snowflake Scripting, Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies
Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
Basic programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or other relevant languages
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows
Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and third-party applications
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Salesforce Developer Certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) is highly desirable
