Responsibilities

Lead functional discovery sessions to gather and document supply chain business requirements
Design and configure D365 F&O Supply Chain modules, including Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management (WMS), Production, Master Planning (MRP), and Logistics/TMS
Translate business needs into functional design documents, process flows, and configuration workbooks
Provide functional leadership during full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
Support system testing activities including SIT, UAT , and go-live readiness
Act as the functional liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly communicated and delivered
Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes using standard D365 F&O functionality and best practices
Provide post-go-live support, user training, and knowledge transfer to client teams

D365 F&O Supply ChainFull Cycle ImplementationsSCM Modules ImplementationBusiness Process MappingCommunication Skills

Required

Completed at least 3 Full Cycle implementations
Strong expertise in Supply Chain Management within D365 F&O
Proven experience implementing one or more SCM modules: Procurement, Inventory, WMS, Production, Planning, or Transportation
Experience with business process mapping, gap/fit analysis, and functional documentation
Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders
Experience supporting or leading end-to-end ERP implementations
