Responsibilities

Use of multiple computer systems to gather information, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer questions and/or technical issues with regard to all Treasury Management Products
Escalate unresolved issues to internal support areas including team members, leaders, and Product Managers
Deliver updates to all involved parties including customers on unresolved issues
Offer a back-up plan while escalated issue is being reviewed/resolved
Ensure any assigned daily customer set-ups and maintenance are complete and accurate
Install Remote Capture Software to PC’s purchased by Commercial Customers to utilize Treasury Management Products
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

Required

Required Availability: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm
1 year experience in customer service and/or banking or 30 college credit hours
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to Multi-task
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and ability to work with multiple systems with each customer interaction
Must meet training standards

Preferred

Associates Degree
1 year Call Center experience
Treasury Management knowledge
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
