Oversee and support a multidisciplinary team in delivering critical mental health and recovery services to individuals
Supervising daily operations
Ensuring service quality and compliance
Facilitating team meetings
Maintaining accurate documentation and reports
Coordinating client recovery plans

Fostering collaborative relationships with community partners

Required

Proficiency with documentation, reporting, and maintaining compliance with program guidelines

Preferred

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field is preferred
Licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC is highly desirable
Familiarity with Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) model is an advantage
