Technical Support & Implementation Specialist
Traxxis GPS Solutions, Inc. is a leading provider of GPS tracking, video telematics, and fleet management technology. They are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Support & Implementation Specialist to join their team, responsible for onboarding new customers, configuring accounts, providing training, and ensuring ongoing customer success.

Responsibilities
Onboard new clients, including account configuration and fleet management system setup
Deliver customer training on hardware, software, and connected solutions
Provide technical support via phone, email, and online sessions
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
Maintain positive client relationships and ensure account retention and growth
Assist with shipping, light product handling (25 lbs or less), and logistics as needed
Document all customer interactions and updates in Zoho CRM
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
2+ years in a technical support, SaaS, or customer success role
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
CRM experience required (Zoho CRM experience a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (bi-lingual is a plus)
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and high attention to detail
Preferred
Background in technology, wireless, or fleet management solutions preferred
