Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, customizations, and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical designs
Configure and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure seamless system performance
Create and maintain technical documentation and system design artifacts
Mentor junior developers and support team skill growth
Stay current on new ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices
Uphold coding standards, security policies, and quality guidelines
Lead code reviews and contribute to solution design discussions
Configure Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management to strengthen IT operations

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
Strong skills in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Deep understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes and automation
Experience with ITSM, CSM/PSDS, and HAM modules
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery practices
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred

ServiceNow certifications (CAD, Implementation Specialist, etc.) preferred
