Responsibilities
Act as a technical resource and product evangelist, effectively communicating cloud solutions to customers and managing their expectations
Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Systems Engineers to build and enhance relationships with key accounts
Lead project management efforts, including developing detailed action plans and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
Facilitate flawless execution of proof of concepts and ensure proper hardware setup within datacenters
Gather regional team feedback on product roadmaps to inform strategic direction and alignment with organizational goals
Establish and monitor a KPI framework to measure customer satisfaction and engagement to enhance service delivery
Foster cross-functional collaboration to improve customer interactions and support workflow efficiency
Participate in local and regional Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align team efforts with the overall business strategy
Qualification
Required
5+ years in a customer-facing technical role
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology
3+ years of hands-on experience with agile adaptation to market demands
Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and solution strategy communication
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
Proficient in managing multiple projects with detailed action plan execution
Advanced knowledge of virtualization and/or enterprise applications
Ability to travel 25% for client meetings and collaborations
